源自新界好地地的耕住合一生活；自由自在自主的本土生產；紛亂都市中的一抹文藝情懷 ﹣由「好地地體驗」（SLOW Experience）和「艺鵠」（ACO）帶來灣仔，在繁囂中呈現。這裏的清潔用品，以至食物材料等生活所需，使用的都是本土出產製品。

預備給各位洗滌鉛華微塵的肥皂，是大埔婦女生產的「區区洗手」。而「好地地體驗」所展覽的食物，以至用的杯盤碗碟、桌椅箱櫃，均會通過我們的「永續採購政策」：即是先撿拾回收，重製再用，然後就是選取本地生產、手工製作的東西，繼而向最近的生產地採購。本地和就近地區沒有出產的，我們也盡量採用有機和公平貿易的產品。在鬧市一角，我們嘗試、實踐，希望驅散現代社會的迷霧和無奈，認清消費與生產的關係，建立有尊嚴而自足的永續生活，構想、思考未來的可能。

 

SLOW Experience is a showroom of farming as a way of living in New Territories and of sustainable, self-determined local production. Exhibitions about eating and local production are presented by SLOW Experience and ACO in Wanchai, a busy and crowded city.

The cleansing supplies, food, and other necessities we use and consume here have gone through our “sustainable procurement policy“: we recycle, reproduce and re-use what we need first. Secondly, we select local products and hand-made things. For things that cannot be produced local, we try to use organic and fair trade products which come from neigbouring countries.

You may wash your hand by SO…SOAP!, which is 100% hand-made by women living in Tai Po. Many of the “materials” of the food exhibition prepared by SLOW Experience are locally grown and freshly picked every day. The cups, tables and chairs we use are second-handed. In a corner of a busy town, we practice our beliefs and try to disperse the hopelessness and helplessness of Hong Kong. Our practice and trial also re-examine consumption and production, and open up possibilities for our future. Let’s create a sustainable and self-sufficient life with happiness, dignity, and freedom.
